What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping through EMS and DHL are available. EMS partners with many local post companies depending on your country (e.g. USPS in USA, Canada Post in Canada etc.).

Do You Ship Internationally? How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We ship to almost everywhere and have clients on every continent. Some remote countries require an extra charge by DHL.

Once you place an order it is shipped within 3 days. The actual shipping time usually takes 5-10 business days for EMS and 3-8 business days for DHL. A tracking number is provided which can be tracked online through the respective website.

Are your bags real leather? What do they come with?

Every purse is 100% real leather. Every bag comes with a box, dustbag, and any cards (e.g. pamphlets, authentication cards etc.) that are included in the original. A receipt is available upon request.

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept credit cards (with a 5% surcharge). If you wish to pay by credit card you must email us for the payment link after submitting your order. We also accept Western Union, Moneygram, and wire transfers which you can save up to 10% by paying with.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

How do I place an Order?

You simply have to add a product to your cart and then checkout. During the checkout you will be asked to provide shipping details and select your payment method.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can email us at customerservice@counterluxury.cn if you wish to cancel your order. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of placing an order we automatically cancel it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Creating an account is optional however it is beneficial to create an account so all your purchasing history will be recorded for your benefit.

We do not do any returns. We only do exchanges if the item is defective. Please pay attention to ensure you will like the style before ordering.
